The care from the nursing staff was absolutely excellent- they were friendly, caring, understanding and helpful. They clearly explained the procedure for rTMS and made me comfortable during the treatment. They were sympathetic when I was upset and attentive with regards to offering me tea and coffee or water.
The nurses made me feel at ease and chatted to me during the treatment.
The only point for improvement I would make would be to make clear to patients exactly where the centre for modulation is. On the website contact details are for St Marys hospital in Kettering . My accommodation location was further away than I would have liked.

I could not ask for better treatment. The ladies were fantastic. All so lovely, kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. They always made me feel at ease even though my anxiety was bad. The treatment itself was nowhere near as scary as I thought before I started it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff are extremely understanding and accommodating. Did their best to lessen my anxieties and make me feel safe.
Environment feels welcoming. Everything about the treatment and my care was carefully explained to me. I was involved in my treatment.
